The increasing digitalisation of the world claims a new way of thinking. Today’s economy is confronted with an everlasting need of innovation. Big institutions start to build their first start-up initiatives to participate in the run of new ideas - the actual winners of this new demand on the labour market are the IT specialists. We believe in the power of a new economy era, but are also aware of the involved risks. The lately executed IPOs of “What’s App” and “Alibaba” open up questions about the evaluation of internet companies. With this year’s credo “don’t be innovative, be disruptive” we want to take up this issue and discuss potential challenges and solutions.
